Deepak Lamination supplies BIS-certified shuttering and commercial plywood to builders, contractors and dealers in Delhi NCR. We dispatch direct from our ZED Gold certified factory in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, and orders reach Delhi NCR in 3–5 days. We have manufactured plywood since 1998.
Shuttering plywood for NCR construction
NCR’s housing and commercial projects use formwork hard and need sheets that last many pours. Our IS 4990 shuttering plywood is full-core hardwood bonded with PF resin and gives up to 15 repetitions with proper handling. It beats the standard on the numbers that matter on site:
| Property | Our value | IS 4990 requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Tensile strength, along the grain | 35 N/mm² | 28 N/mm² |
| Tensile strength, across the grain | 29 N/mm² | 26 N/mm² |
| Thickness tolerance | ±4% | ±5% |
| Boiling water test | 72 hours | 72 hours |
It comes in 25, 30, 34 and 50 kg variants, under BIS licence CM/L 9300154310.
Commercial plywood with low formaldehyde
For apartments, offices and retail fit-outs, our IS 303 commercial plywood is made with urea-free bio resin. It tests at 5.9 mg/100 g formaldehyde, inside the E1 limit, which matters in closed, air-conditioned rooms. It is 100% hardwood, calibrated to ±4% thickness, and made in MR and BWR grades from 6 mm to 25 mm. Every sheet carries the ISI mark with licence number CM/L 9966822.
Why NCR buyers order from a UP manufacturer
- Factory-direct: you deal with the people who make the sheet, not a chain of traders.
- Verifiable certification: every product is made to a BIS standard, and the licence numbers can be checked on the BIS website.
- ZED Gold: we are one of only nine plywood factories in India with ZED Gold certification.
- Full range from one supplier: shuttering plywood, commercial plywood, Green Bhoomi BWP plywood, block boards and flush doors.
